2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The AXENÉO7 team is pleased to invite you to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held virtually on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 6PM. The meeting will take place on Zoom.

The AGM is an opportunity for the organization to review the year’s achievements and activities and present next year’s approaches in parallel with the strategic planning process. It is also a time for members to share their ideas about the team and board of directors member’s presentations.

Board vacancies

During the 37th Annual General Meeting, four vacancies will be presented by the Board of Directors to receive new nominations. Only members in good standing will be eligible to run for one of these positions.

Membership

To apply for or renew your membership, please write to us at axeneo7@axeneo7.qc.caand indicate the type of membership desired (regular, student, organization)*. You will then receive a digital invoice that you can pay directly through the Square app.

If you didn’t receive the Avis de renouvellement de la carte membre 2021-2022, it would be important that you renew your card before the next AGM to be able to stay engaged and benefit from all the advantages of being a member.

*Members who have opted for recurring billing and who decide to renew their membership this year will have a new billing date.

Through the annual membership, you will contribute to developing a vibrant place and encourage visibility platforms that highlight artistic practices and initiatives.

The centre offers a range of privileges to its members, such as:

The right to vote at the annual general meeting;
60% discount on publications;
30% discount on subscriptions to specialized magazines;
Access to the carpentry workshop (on reservation).
