AXENÉO7 operates the domain www.axeneo7.qc.ca. Any purchase made through this website is governed by the terms of use that appear below.

By making an online purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of use and purchase policy and agree to abide by them.

2. General terms and conditions of online purchase

2.1 Prices and sales tax

The prices indicated are in Canadian dollars. AXENÉO7 does not charge sales tax. AXENÉO7 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

No administration fees will be added to the transactions.

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location. We use the Canada Post service to ship orders. This service collects taxes, so shipping costs will be subject to these taxes.

2.2 Personal information

We make every effort to ensure the protection of your personal information under our control. To learn more about the data we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Secure online payment

All transactions made through this website are payable by credit card only.

When you make a purchase online, AXENÉO7 only collects the personal information necessary to process a current and/or future order. AXENÉO7 does not retain any credit card numbers provided as part of an online transaction through the website.

3. Specific terms and conditions - Online bookstore

3.1 Condition of publications

The publications on sale in the AXENÉO7 bookstore are new. However, some publications have been in storage for several years. They may show some signs of normal wear.

3.2 Shipping

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice.

All packages are shipped through Canada Post by expedited mail. Packages will be mailed within three business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. A tracking number and a $100 insurance are included in the shipping cost.

AXENÉO7 charges a shipping fee of $10 for Quebec and Ontario, and $ 15 or the rest of Canada.

AXENÉO7 is currently unable to ship outside of Canada. Thank you for your understanding.

AXENÉO7 is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

3.3 Returns, exchanges and refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final sales.

No refunds will be issued for any online purchase, except in the case of a billing error on the part of AXENÉO7 artist-run centre.

3.4 Local pick-up

At the time of checkout, you have the option of picking up your order at the physical address of the AXENÉO7 artist-run centre (80, rue Hanson, Gatineau, QC, J8Y 3M5).

The purchased item must be picked up within a maximum of three (3) weeks. If this delay is exceeded, AXENÉO7 will not be able to ensure the availability of the item for pick-up.
