This convivial, festive and discursive evening will explore the themes of collectivity, mobilisation and the institution. Co-curated by M.A. Marleau and Emma Jacques, in collaboration with the École des arts et cultures de l'Université du Québec en Outaouais (ÉdAC) and the ÉdAC student association (AÉdAC), this iteration will bring together members of the emerging collective Bagatelle (Gatineau) as well as artists Edith Brunette (Montreal) and Joshua Schwebel (Berlin).

The evening will also see the launch of a collective zine, a creative project forging connections between the centre and ÉdAC students, led by Emma Jacques as part of her internship at AXENÉO7 and featuring contributions from Avril Boisvert, Sabrina Bouchard, Andy Eychenne, Emma Jacques, Danaë Lacroix, and Olivia Ribeiro, who together form the Bagatelle collective.

As with all the Salons, but even more so with this one, the shared meal is intended to be a space for exchange where dissonance and diversity of points of view are not only accepted, but valued, because they are the real nourishment of these artistic banquets.

Join us for an evening of reflection, sharing and performance, where laughter and dance intertwine with moments of action, celebrating the choice to be together.

The Bagatelle collective would like to express its deep gratitude to AXENÉO7 for the incredible opportunity to present the launch of the project in the heart of its magnificent spaces, as well as for its financial support, which was essential to the realisation of this initiative.

Our thanks also go to the École des Arts et Culture and the Association Étudiante de l'École des Arts et Culture for their invaluable financial support.

Finally, our warmest gratitude goes to the participants in the collective works featured in the zine, whose contributions enriched this project. Andy Eychenne would like to personally thank Marie-Andrée Paquet for organising and capturing the performance, and Marie-Pier Bellemare for co-creating the papier-mâché sculpture in 2021.

It's thanks to this generous support and collaboration that we were able to bring this collective project to life, for which we are immensely grateful.
